All readers to WE Library should reserve a visit to World Expo Museum first.

Common readers can enter the library with a reservation to WE Library.

Professional readers can access the library anytime during the opening hours with no reservation to WE Library needed.

For common readers who are able to use the WE Library WeChat mini-program (Only in Chinese), use the QR code in the mini-program as the Reader Pass. For those who are not able to use the mini-program, bring valid identity documents to get the Day Pass at the Service Desk. Readers should return the Day Pass when they leave the library by the end of the day. Professional readers who are not able to use the mini-program can apply a physical credential as professional reader when register.

Common readers can enter the first and second floors of the library with a reservation. For readers who participate in the Lecture Room of the WE Library, follow the registration procedure on the event notice. Participants of the Lecture Room do not need to make any reservations for accessing the library. The receipt of the successful registration of the Lecture Room cannot be used as the reservation for accessing the library.

Professional readers can access the library anytime during the opening hours with no reservation needed.

During the trial run, the common readers should make a reservation at least one day before the arrival.

After the reservation is successful, readers enter and exit the library multiple times on the same day. Due to a space limit, the WE Library will implement access control, stopping readers from entering the library, when the place is overcrowded, so as to provide readers with a comfortable reading environment.

Readers can cancel the reservation one day before the scheduled visiting day. In principle, same-day cancellation is not allowed. A reader who does not pass the turnstile on the scheduled visiting day is recorded as a no-show. If a reader no-show three times in total, the reader cannot make another reservation in three months.
